FormScheduler is a Google Workspace add-on that provides:
- Automated opening and closing of Google Forms based on schedules
- Response quota management and auto-close after N responses
- Recurring schedule windows (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Calendar-driven form availability based on Google Calendar events
- Custom closed-form messages for respondents
- Threshold and error notifications
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- You must have a valid Google account to use FormScheduler
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old
3.2 Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Do not share your account credentials
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 You MAY:
- Use FormScheduler for lawful purposes
- Schedule your own Google Forms
- Use calendar integration with your own calendars
- Set response quotas on forms you own or manage
4.2 You MAY NOT:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Use FormScheduler to manipulate forms you do not own without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineer or copy our software
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
5. Subscription and Billing

5.2 Pro Plan
- Billed annually at $4.99/year via Paddle
- 3-day free trial for new subscribers
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
- All Pro features unlocked
5.3 Refunds
- 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
5.4 Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime
- Access continues until end of billing period
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Rights
- We own all rights to FormScheduler software and services
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
- You receive a limited license to use our services
6.2 Your Rights
- You retain all rights to your forms and data
- You grant us permission to process your data to provide services
- You can export and delete your data at any time
7. Data and Privacy

8. Service Availability
Important: Our services are provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability.
- We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee it
- Apps Script triggers run on a ±60-minute window
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
9. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWIFTSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Service interruptions or errors
- Forms remaining open or closed contrary to schedule due to trigger delays
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
10. Termination
10.1 By You
- You may terminate your account at any time
- Cancel subscription through your account settings

We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Payment fails after retry attempts
- We detect fraudulent or abusive activity
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after notification.
