• Auto-renewal unless cancelled
• Seats based on team size

5.3 Refunds

• 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
• Pro-rated refunds for annual plans (at our discretion)
• No refunds for partial months

5.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel anytime
• Access continues until end of billing period
• Data exported before cancellation

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

• We own all rights to the SwiftSoft software and services
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
• You receive a limited license to use our services

6.2 Your Rights

• You retain all rights to your content and data
• You grant us permission to process your data to provide services
• You can export and delete your data at any time

• No refunds for early termination (except as stated)
• Surviving provisions remain in effect

13. AI and Generated Content

13.1 AI Processing

• Our services use third-party AI (OpenAI, etc.)
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing AI output
• We are not liable for AI-generated content

13.2 Content Responsibility

• You must have rights to content you process
• Do not process confidential or sensitive data without proper safeguards
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding data processing

• Upon your continued use of services
