All new subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, we'll refund your payment in full.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After the 7-day guarantee period:
Email us at hello@swiftsoft.io with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
Include your account email, subscription details, and reason for the refund request.
We'll review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the decision.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method via Paddle.
